1.  Payment Methods

    • Debit, Credit, and Visa/Master Cards

For assistance with payment, you can also contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

2.   Pre-Order Products (MAKE TO ORDER)

  • Our MAKE TO ORDER products are pre-orders, and they require a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks to be prepared after the order is placed.
  • Payment for pre-order products must be made in advance.

3.   Complaints, Suggestions, and Ǫueries

4.   Delivery and Timings

  • Please note that our riders follow delivery routes, not specific timings. We appreciate your cooperation in receiving the parcel during the allotted delivery time.

5.   Damaged or Faulty Products

  • If you find that the product is damaged, has a fault, or there is a discrepancy in the order, Gehna By Ali will take responsibility for the exchange.
  • The customer is required to resend the parcel using Pakistan Post Courier Service to the Gehna By Ali address.

6.   Exchange of Products

  • If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different bangle size or design), there will be an additional delivery charge of 300.

7.   Order Cancellation or Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of order After this window, no changes or cancellations will be entertained.
  • Customers are required to receive their orders once payment has been made.

8.   Address Details

  • It is important to provide a complete and accurate address, including your house number, block number, street number, or a nearest famous landmark to ensure proper delivery. 
  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses will be canceled.

9.   Refund and Return Policy

  • We adhere to a strict no refund and no return policy.
  • Sale items or stock clearance items are non-refundable and non- exchangeable.

10.   Customs Duties and Taxes

  • Please note that customs duties and taxes applicable to your country will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid separately.
